3-Bedroom Villa with Breathtaking Gulf Views & Rooftop Sundeck | Private Beach Unit 17

Experience luxury living in this fully renovated townhouse featuring a stunning kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, seamlessly flowing into a spacious great room with soaring ceilings and tile floors. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Enjoy panoramic views from the large screened lanai and rooftop sundeck. With completely redone bathrooms, a primary bedroom on the top level, and fully furnished accommodations, plus ground-level parking and storage, this property offers convenience and comfort. The first bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.

This unit has a crows nest, which is a small balcony on the roof with FANTASTIC views on the gulf.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.

All units have beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The TV s have Roku, no cable at this time.
