"The AC was not the problem. the facility was in bad shape. the first thing that happened was my wife got stuck by a spring sticking out of the mattress. If that was not enough my wife touched a lamp and was given a terrible electrical shock. that was all I needed to leave. I went to the front desk and let them know what happened and no apologies nothing. We left and checked into another hotel."

We have free breakfast and free massages every day. Hotel’s interior design is elegant and room is really comfortable. Two beautiful swimming pools provide us relax places after the tour in the super hot day. Hotel provides one way transportation from the airport and free tuturk service inside the city. We like everything in this hotel and love to stay here."
