Romantic ambience

Concierge was wonderful, set us up with several tours and our ride back to the airport. Pool in our room was refreshing, grounds were beautifully kept. Very romantic

This hotel deserves 10/10 rating. Loved our stay. The staff was unbelievably pleasant and wonderful. Tola and Phanith were outstanding. The property is clean. It is walking distance to pub street but quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was also superb! Highly recommend!

I went for the half-marathon. I met a family. This charming property welcomed me wholeheartedly, and it made the race a much pleasant experience; from the English speaking remok driver who managed my moves around town including the 4:15am departure to the race, to the amazing receptionist who got out of her way to get me the safety pins, from the delicious food to the floral decorations (the gardening staff created an orchid bloom just before the weekend), every detail contributed to a wonderful experience!

The hotel is a bit off the beaten path but still close, a 20 minute walk or quick Tuk Tuk ride to areas of interest in Siem Reap. The Spa services were top notch. The Suites are spacious and full of amenities, including a private pool and steam room in ours. The mattress was a little stiff for our liking. The property overall is beautiful, very green and well kept. And the staff were very attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was worth every penny.

The property was set in a boutique complex, in a very relaxing setting. Overall, the property is well maintained. The staff were accomodating, very friendly and went out of their way to make the guests feel at home. The breakfast was great and had both western and local options. In addition, the lunch and dinner options were also nice, but Steven at the concierge desk had made some fantastic recommendations for dinner in the local area (I would highly recommend the Embassy) which didn’t disappoint. The hotel is in relatively close proximity to the central area of Siem Reap (pub street and old markets) so if you’re up for a walk it’s about 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a tuk tuk for 3 USD. The only down side was that our room was a little overlooked by the adjoining property, otherwise everything else was fantastic.

What sets this property apart is the wonderful staff, who are so friendly and grateful for your stay - they even learned my name after a couple days. The property is safe, clean, and luxurious. The bungalows give it a private home feeling. The only improvement this property could use is either a site-level water purifier, or a water purifier in each room, because the tap water comes out very faintly brown and smells faintly of sulfur. This is not a criticism of the hotel because it is likely every unfiltered water spigot in Siem Reap has this issue. The water was fine to shower in and bath and they provide bottled water for brushing teeth, but a site-level filter or room-level filter would be the only upgrade I'd made to this otherwise flawless property. Highly recommended to stay here!

Bed was beautifully decorated “Happy 9th Anniversary” with roses and rose petals 🌹 They have a steam room so awesome for the early morning steam bath and before swimming in the pool. I feel we had the best tour guide Mr Sothea and driver Mr Somedy. We may have done our back homework before going on the tour. Mr Sothea has given us more value with the history of Cambodia. His family and himself as a veteran soldier living it till today. We could see how the past between and present link to temples and mountains we were going to see. He is very clear in English language. He fulfills the fun facts of the building dimensions of the buildings and the moat around them. Very clear the year and event happened like a scholar knowing location of every line in the history book. Best of all emotifying the backstories of the buildings, carvings and statues, bringing them to life. We were like little kids listening in awe! Following every word and voice tonality to look forward to the next mind and emotion stimulation of the joys, the sorrows, passions and happiness like a mind movie. He is a good planner with the trips well thought out like a story board and always on top of what we’d do next. A very fit new grandfather who would climb every wall and “mountain” together with us. I just (want to) feel like every other tourist is envious of us having Sothea to be physically present, filling us up with education, leading us with smooth processes of every cognitive step.

Staff was the most kind and hospitable I have ever encountered. The facilities were immaculate and it was nice to have the availability of breakfast in the morning. Make sure to book a massage and facial...they're phenomenal. The Heritage Adventures Team did an amazing job of providing a last-minute booking when a third-party vendor canceled and the whole team went above and beyond to make my stay and overall experience pure MAGIC! If you ever go to Cambodia, stay here at least once to experience the Wonder that is The Kingdom. Arkoun Chraen. 🙏

Beautiful hotel and comfortable stay

We had a very pleasant stay in Heritage Suits hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and our bangalow was lovely. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our evening meal on the one night we dined there. The journey to the centre of Siem Reap is only a few minutes by Tuk Tuk and the ride was actually really enjoyable - you get to see more of Siem Reap. The hotel staff are lovely and accommodating but I would advise to ensure the messages are clearly conveyed to avoid any misunderstanding. We would love to come back to Siem Reap one day and Heritage Suits would be our prefers choice!

The Heritage Suites Hotel offers great amenities for an affordable price. We had a private pool in our suite! Staff are incredibly kind, helpful and reliable. I can only recommend that hotel, which I very much preferred to a past experience in Siem Reap in a well known international luxury brand hotel.
