This home is one of the closest home to downtown Sanford. All bars, restaurants and the lake are in easy walking distance. Can sleep 6 but the couch could sleep a 7th if needed. Right across from the The Farmhouse rental if you are booking a large party. About a 8 min walk to the 1902 wedding venue. 30 miles from New Smyrna Beach and 30 mins from downtown Orlando. Two bikes are available to enjoy miles of dedicated bike trails from Sanford to the Ocean. Come enjoy what Sanford has to offer!

Perfect weekend stay

Adorable bungalow was perfect for our weekend stay to attend a wedding and visit family in the area. Older home but very well stocked and comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. Convenient location to the airport and tourist areas. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore Sanford but hope to next time we are in the area.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect little cottage for our short stay and a great location in Sanford. King bed was very comfortable and our dog love the fenced in yard. I also enjoyed how easy it was to walk to town and get coffee and dine out. Thanks.

Visiting for a wedding. Walking distance to venue. House was super clean and beds very comfortable. Loved Sanford. Nice distance to restaurants and downtown. Easy drive into Orlando.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this bungalow. We especially liked being within walking distance of historic downtown Sanford. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.

Family Celebration

We stayed here because it was central to everywhere we were going. The house was very neat and tidy. It’s walking distance to downtown historic district and we walked down there a couple times. The neighborhood is quiet but at a glance looks a little sketchy. Although we didn’t have any issues there. Would stay there again if we are in the area. The owner was quick to respond with questions. Had a great time while we were there.

Great little house with all the necessities. Walking distance to downtown. Neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Flexible check in and out, a huge plus! We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

Quick getaway

Loved it!! Very nice older home. Conveniently located to downtown. Enjoyed the privacy of the backyard and fire pit. By far the best bed I’ve slept in staying at a rental. Definitely recommend. We’ll be back.

Amazing Ling Weekend In Bungalow

This great little house was perfect for our friends weekend! It had everything we needed including a washer and dryer! The host even had shampoo/conditioner and soap in the showers! We especially loved the fire pit and the cloud like beds. I highly recommend this as a getaway staycation. It is super close to so many things that are just a short walk away. Explore and then come back to roast amores. Just delightful.

Sanford Satisfaction

Clean and safe. Many restaurants and establishments within a 5 minute walk. Hope the outside landscaping in the front yard and backyard receive a bit more love, but we loved the fire pit, cornhole and front porch. This bungalow has everything you need. You will enjoy your stay.

Such a gorgeous Bungalow

Our host Hannah was quick to respond to any questions we had. our check in was so easy and the neighborhood is beautiful. This property was so close to all venues and restaurants we needed to attend for our weekend event. I only hope that I can go back and stay at this property again. The home was clean, the beds comfy and plenty of room for 4 adults. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Sanford Bungalow

We stayed the weekend for a wedding. We were needing a place other than a hotel room because of our dog. The home was exactly whet we were looking for: clean, comfortable and close to the venue. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The couch and tv space was perfect for what we needed and the king sized bed was very comfortable. It was nice to be able to let our dog out loose in the backyard ancc do not have to worry about him getting out or into anything. Would recommend this home is you have dogs or even just 2 or 3 couples staying together. Close to all the restaurants & bars.

Well suited

Bungalow was adequate for what we needed. The location was a plus especially for those without a car. Close for all the events we needed to attend in Sanford. Quiet neighborhood. Sleeping spaces worked well for our family. Kitchen well equipped. The only things I would add are a chair or two more in the living space and a different mattress in the back bedroom. Otherwise, we were pleased.

A Sweet Spot in Sanford Florida

A very nice, cozy little cottage very close to the interesting shops and restaurants in the Riverwalk area of Sanford. We found the property to be exactly as described. Three bedrooms, two baths all very well maintained with ample towels, bath soap and other essentials. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, cooking utensils and so forth. We lacked for nothing. We would definitely return.

New Years Stay

This house was extremely clean. Yes, the house is in a historical area, so it has some age but given the age it had everything. Hannah was easy to deal with and my fear of safety was not an issue. Yes, a Main Street and a Burger King behind the house made it slightly noisy but I would stay again in a minute. Great walking distance to all the restaurants and breweries and Sanford has some very friendly people. The wine and snacks from Hannah was very nice. Thanks Hannah.

Cute Bungalow

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood with easy walking to historic downtown. Host left nice welcome amenities and house was perfect for our short stay. Only complaint is that the house was stuffy as every single window was completely painted shut with no screens (even if they could be opened). No way to get a cross breeze to air it out or sleep comfortably. The evening temps were perfect in FL to sleep with fresh air. This is also a bit concerning as it poses a hazard should (heaven forbid) there should be a fire and exits compromised. Wondering if this is a violation of local codes. Easily a fixable scenario.
