"We stayed in the carriage house unit. It was a spacious, private, 2 bedroom apartment with a private deck above an unused 2 car garage, with a quiet back yard. We were very pleased with our accommodations and the cost. Will definitely stay here again when we return for our yearly convention. "

"We got there at 8:55 and the website said the pool was open until 10. The front desk staff said the pool closed for kids at 9, which wasn’t said anywhere on the website. So we stood there with a crying toddler while the front desk ladies just stood and watched. It was just uncomfortable. Got to our room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the phone didn’t work. Had to plunge to toilet three different times. No breakfast. Had to pay for everything. Just overall a lousy stay."

"The Lucerne Inn needs some love. Throw some money at the rooms to make much-needed upgrades, please. Level up your grade of TP/tissue, towels, and put some real glass in the room (instead of plastic cups). The breakfast was truck-stop grade — cellophane wrapped egg sandwiches. For the $$$ it was at best, like staying in a 1975 dormer at camp."
