"Second time staying here only because we couldn't find anything else at the last minute over Memorial Day. The house is great with very comfortable beds, a nice TV and well equipped kitchen in a mostly quiet neighborhood. Minor issues become annoying because the cost is so high because of the much higher than average fees. We reported issues after our first stay two months ago which were not addressed otherwise I would not put them in a review: the issues we reported were difficult to use...

"Excellent accommodations. Loved the rustic charm, spaciousness and the working fireplace. Especially loved the hot tub overlooking the river and all the towels that were provided. Only negatives were the grill needs work as it doesn’t heat up and the cleaning people arrived before check out - which felt very rushed. Despite that - would stay again for sure."

"We needed a place to stay near a family member and this place was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. One thing that was needed was a non slip mat for the tub/shower. We were able to borrow one from our family member who lives nearby. My 81 yr old father didn’t feel safe in the tub without it. We hope to stay there again in the future."

"House is very beautiful!! The location is just amazing. It’s right next to the river and extremely beautiful. We just had an issue with cleaning as there was some trash left in the bedroom, otherwise everything was super perfect. Highly recommend the stay here."

"Oh my gosh, I loved Susan’s spot so much. It felt incredibly homey and well kept. It was walking distance from a ton of sweet restaurants and shops. Susan was absolutely lovely. I would absolutely go back in a heartbeat."

"The property was quite beautiful inside and out and I loved all the plants and flowers in the garden. Inside was nicely decorated and the had a great use of space. It worked well for 3 people. The host was friendly and I loved her cats. Parking was easy and instructions thorough. Thanks so much for a great place to stay while in town."
