It’s been fully remodeled and has a master en-suite with a king bed, bedroom two has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full bed, and a twin bed trundle. Guest will have plenty of space to unwind between the open concept living room, sun room, back porch, swing, fire pit or private dock!Fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig and latte maker. If you like to golf, the Elms golf course is less then a minute walk away! Love the water- your on it, want to beach it’s a 5 minute boat ride. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please pull all blinds down, set ac at 79, take your food out of fridge, freezer and pantry. Throw trash on bins. Strip any used bedding or towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
