This perfectly situated Sandwich rental features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and sleeps 6 people comfortably in beds. Your visit to Cape Cod will be easy to enjoy with easy access to the best that the area has to offer. The town of Sandwich has a charming village with some great shopping and dining options. Local beaches feature a mix of salt and fresh water options. The mid-Cape highway is under a ten minute drive away, giving you easy access to all that Cape Cod has to offer. Day trips to different towns and beaches will be a breeze!
The home has a bright and updated main level featuring the kitchen / dining / living areas and a half bathroom. Direct access to the deck from the kitchen will make dining alfresco a must. The upper level has the three bedrooms: 2 w/ queen beds and 1 w/ two single beds, as well as a full bathroom. Wall mounted ductless AC units throughout will ensure that everyone remains comfortable during your stay. If you are looking to visit Cape Cod and are excited to explore everything this region has to offer this home is perfect for you!

July 4th Stay - Family Getaway
Our stay was five stars.. The house was recently renovated, had A/C Splits in every room, updated appliances, and was in the perfect area to really navigate all around the cape - while having the convenience of stores, restaurants, gas, etc within 5 minutes of the property. Adam and his team were great at getting us booked in, kept solid communication, and ensured we had a positive experience.. I highly recommend this property as a place to call your home base for exploring the cape.
