"This property was pretty good. The room was clean and the location was very convenient. The reason I didn’t give it more stars is because the staff weren’t particularly friendly - in fact a couple staff at the front desk were quite rude. Also the rooms were a bit outdated but my kids liked the bunk ..."

"We really enjoyed this hotel. Our only complaint was the bathroom. There was no safety/grab bar to get in and out of the shower. Very uncomfortable feeling. Fantastic breakfast and evening buffet. The staff superb. Close to the Bergen city for dining and shopping."
