"I We really liked the cleanliness of the room, and the nice variety of the breakfast items. The thing that we didn’t like was the quality of the toilet paper. It was extremely thin. Also, the toilet paper holder was not very sturdy, and the paper tended to fall off onto the floor, when rolling off the paper, due to the open end design."

"The property was clean and check-in was easy. We had trouble with the thermostat and could never figure out how to achieve a comfortable temperature. Luckily, the temp was too cold, rather than too hot. The property manager was accessible by phone and helpful, but we could not figure out how to manage the temp. We brought our dog, but within 24 hours realized that the rocks in the yard were not a comfortable fit for her and my wife rented a car and drove home with her. This is not the fault of the home, just an overly-optimistic decision we made to bring our dog to Vegas in the middle of summer. There is not a garage, as noted in the listing. The garage has been converted into a spacious bedroom, which could have been a master but the closest bathroom was off the living room, and the closest shower was upstairs. Additionally, the powerful AC unit was on the other side of the wall where the bed was located. The noise and vibration from the unit was quite substantial - this may not bother some but is intolerable for me. Additionally, this room became so cold that the person sleeping in it had to wear all of their gear and jackets they had packed to wear at the ice hockey rink. Yes, it was as cold as the ice hockey rink. One bedroom upstairs has a portable AC unit and the seams connecting the exhaust to the window were coming apart, it needs to be retaped with a proper seal."

"I mean, there’s not much more to say other than “this place is amazing“. So clean inside and out, amazing views all around the house. Red Rock Canyon 15 minutes away, a golf course within walking distance, restaurants, including a Starbucks, only three minutes away by car, and amazing views at night of downtown Las Vegas.If you’re looking for an amazing getaway, you’ve found it. Oh, and the kitchen? ADon’t even ask me about the amazing televisions in the home….. I hope we get to stay here again."

"We rented this condo for the entire month of May. It was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. For us, the best part about the condo was its location - was central to shops, restaurants, walking trails, etc and was right off Summerlin Parkway. The only negative was that the ceiling was really thin, so we could hear everything the person upstairs did throughout the day (and sometimes night!) as she almost never left her place, which put a bit of a damper on our stay. Overall, would highly recommend if you don't mind some noise from upstairs. :-)"

"The picture and the dates do not match my stay at the Cliffs at Peace Canyon 12/4 to 12/8. That resort was great, except that the 2nd floor guests could be heard from our place below. 4 StarsAnother place I had previously rented informed me 2 days before travel that I was cancelled due to HOA policy of a minimum of 30 days. It was distressing to learn this a month after I paid. 0 StarsBoth were in Summerlin, and I didn’t use the pool, so I am unsure which picture I am reviewing."
