Everything was spotlessly clean including all the cutlery and pans which I would expect as the cleaning fee was 50 euros. You will definitely need a car as, if you didn't want to self cater, there is only a snack bar and a beach bar within walking distance, There is a view of the lake from the balcony but this is now obscured by the trees on adjacent land. "Lovely property, very comfortable and well equipped in a good location just a few minutes drive to Lazise. Definitely need a car to get to this property and into town. The only things we found a little confusing were the refuse arrangements as these were only in itallian and some of the shutters were difficult to lock in position when we were leaving.
