Comfortable and well-appointed
We have stayed at this property a few tines already and will definitely rent again. It's close to town and the lake, and is convenient enough for a ski weekend. It's cozy, but not cramped, and has everything we need for time away from home.

Labor Day weekend getaway
We had a lovely Labor Day stay at this unit. It has great access to both the water and downtown Sandpoint. The unit was clean and organized. Would definitely book again.

Sandpoint stay
We enjoyed our stay in Sandpoint! The condo was very nice and was just as advertised. The view by of the water was delightful.
However, I would strongly advise the owners to have the small bird perch (on a vent of some sort) directly above the steps into the condo hall blocked/wired over/etc.
The result of this perch results in bird poop being quite plentiful on the entry steps resulting in guests walking thru it to enter. Not only does this create the situation of tracking poop into the condo … it is very unpleasant.
I hope there is a rapid solution for future guests.

Very clean and nicely furnished.
The property was cute and looked exactly like the pictures. It was also very clean and plenty of dishes, silverware, and nice pots and pans. The only negative was the nightly trains. With earplugs and a sound machine app we slept well though!

Quality, well-appointed condo
Great location...on water, near-town...for either winter or summer activities.
Quality unit with all the amenities you expect, and more. Extra toiletries and a well-stocked kitchen with cooking basics, a keurig (and even the pods).
We will keep this place on our "return" list.
