Situated on a vegetable farm and only 3 miles from the main resorts of Sandown and Shanklin, the accommodation was excellent and perfect for our needs. There is an enclosed patio, so our dog could not escape into the fields. The owners Bill and Pat are very sociable and always have time for a chat with you.
There are 2 supermarkets (Morrisons and Aldi) within 2 miles of The Annexe, and a small shop 300 yards away.
This is our second visit here and do not hesitate to recommend it

The Annexe is great for us as it is so quiet and peaceful. The annexe is just right for two people with all things central. The busy towns and cities seem a world away. Nicely situated on the I.O.W.
Thank you for a lovely break.

Excellent base to explore the island by car.
Excellent base to explore the island by car. Only downside rural setting but no footpaths on the doorstep. The Annexe has all the home comforts that you will need and many guests go back year after year. Spotlessly clean and very friendly hosts. Suitable for couples.

My wife and I have been holidaying for around 53years and without a doubt we can say the annexe and pat and bill the host are the best in the uk that we have had,the annexe for two people spacious and clean, also pat and bill have a very large and secure field and when we were about used to let our dog poppy have a good run in the field with raven, phoebe also there but didn’t run with the other two, cannot personally speak highly enough of the annexe and pat and bill except to say hope to book again in 2020 thanks again Maria Alan poppy 8th June 22nd June 2019
