Disappointed
"Very nice hotel and clean. Very disappointed that canal boat restaurant is no longer in use which is one of the reasons we booked this stay. Breakfast on 1st morning took about 10mins to replenish empty beans dish. No variation on menu's same every day."

"This hotel is unique in that It has a shuttle bus to and from Manchester Airport. We arrived by train for an overnight stay and the promptness and driver attitude was excellent Overall the Hotel was clean efficent and adequately catted for our needs Will certainly stay tthere again."
