"Excellent location close to the University district and the campus. Light rail access at University District station, provided quick and easy access to Seattle downtown and SEATAC. Plenty of food options on "the Ave." Ivar's North shore on Lake Union is an easy walk. Portage Bay Cafe is next door."

"The room was as described and just how it looked in the photos. A little pricey, but we only booked three days in advance and were glad to have this as an option. Check-in instructions were late (we had to request them and received them 30-45 minutes after the allowed check-in time), but the process was easy and accurate once we received the instructions."

"Room was very spacious and clean. We went with the double bed suite. It had one bedroom one bath with the shower, a desk, couch, and a little dining room table with four seats. Kitchen had two burners only one pot and one pan and enough utensils to get you by. Definitely not a huge kitchen to go all out on a full-blown home-cooked meal. It did however have a very nice size refrigerator freezer microwave plenty of dishes cups and bowls to get you by. Breakfast is between 630 and nine Monday through Friday 7 to 930 on Saturday and Sunday. I enjoyed the fresh fruit and breakfast. No swimming pool or roof access to a park that I read on a description of this property. Parking is 35 bucks a day plus taxes. The garage is smaller bigger vehicles or tall trucks will have difficulty getting in in tall trucks with lift kits will definitely not fit, but they do have parking on an open air. "This was a fabulous property and such a great surprise once we got here. We had a family reunion and a wedding so we’re there for a week and enjoyed walking around Green Lake and the little town and the lake itself. The gardens are gorgeous on the property and the huge patio worked out so well for us as the weather was inviting. The host was so responsive and was a pleasure to get to know and work with. I cannot recommend this place more highly. Absolutely amazing!"

"This was the perfect little place to stay, it had everything I needed and it was an ideal walkable location for where I needed to be. It’s next to a busier road so something to note if you are a light sleeper, I slept with the fan on and had no issues with noise. Bed was decently comfy and the place was tidy and welcoming. Host had good communication and checked in throughout. Easy door code check in process."
