"This property was in an ideal location on the shore of Lake Superior. It was reasonably handy to the closest town (about 15 minutes) and it was pretty easy to get to. Owners/managers were very responsive to all questions we had and the property met our needs very well (5 adult couples)."

"Overall we had a good experience with this property, ESPECIALLY considering it's affordability compared to other rentals in Marquette. There are a couple things worth noting: 1) As others have said, the freeway is VERY LOUD. When we were sitting in the living room, we had to blast the TV to hear the content over the road. We latched the windows, but it seems like there might be a sealing issue, because it was as loud as being outside. 2) A little paint would go a LONG way. There were a lot of scuff marks on walls, and some scapes on the wall in one of the bedrooms. Didn't really effect how comfortable it was, just our kids were a bit uneasy about the marks on their bedroom walls. 3) The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms didn't have a pull cord so we couldn't use the fan, which was a bummer. Especially the white noise would have been nice.So all in all, it served our family well, and we would probably go back! Especially if they could do something about the noise from the freeway, maybe fix the front windows or something."

"Great place if you are traveling with kids of any age. Lots of things for them to do inside, lots of space outside with a great fire pit, and no worry of bothering the neighbors as there's lots of room to the next house. It was about 10-15 minutes to downtown Marquette. The communication was great and everything was easy."
