"Hotel was excellent with helpful front of house staff. Location worked for us as we could easily walk into the town center. Breakfast was very good. Only irritation was that while it is a non-smoking hotel they allow smoking on balconies and don’t separate those who want to do so from others. We had smokers next door and this precluded us getting fresh air and using the balcony.

Dafür muss man ganz ehrlich sagen, ist das Frühstück der Hammer und auch sonst ist der Service TOP!!! Fahrräder zum Ausleihen und freundlich bei allen Fragen rund um den Aufenthalt. "We arrived very early but Leah allowed us to check in immediately and she opened the dining area in case we were hungry. She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor veranda was a perfect spot to enjoy wine and cheese from a nearby grocery store."

"Centrally located within short walking distance of dining, waterfront, arts, and grocery. It is in City Center but not ZTL. Very clean and well-maintained apartment with updated appliances (range/oven, dishwasher, clothes washer). There is AC and heat, with double doors opening to a balcony to take in coastal breezes. A small, reliable elevator takes you to the upper floors. If driving, limited parking is available in front of the building, but is often occupied. The area is very busy, and fortunately there is secure, private parking in a garage around the corner. An assigned spot is issued in your welcome packet together with electronic key pass and mapped directions provided by Le Terrazze. There is a daily parking fee for this service, but well worth it for first time visitors. This property is an efficient and well-run operation with all aspects taken into consideration. Communications are responded to quickly and consicely in Italian and English via text. Lobby reception is open until 1pm, with keyless entry required otherwise. As a first-time visitor I was very pleased with my stay and am already considering a return visit in the near future. Highly recommended. "
