His name is Rio and he did an excellent job of making us feel welcome and also sharing his rich culture of the Garifuna community. We shared laughs, were told incredible stories about animal encounters, and were treated like family since the moment we landed. The staff at the resort was really helpful, friendly, and gave their best effort to meet all of our requests and answer our questions.
