The resort is beautiful. Our two bedroom unit was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Loved the pool, the kayaks we were free to use, the friendly and accommodating staff, and the delicious breakfast every morning at Embers. We were treated like royalty! Truly hated to leave. Would most definitely stay there again when in Hopkins.

Delightful staff. Checkin was immediate and efficient. They held our bags until our room was ready and put the bags in the room for us. The rooms we had were clean, large and spacious. Kitchen included the basics along with an endless (just call) supply of ground coffee. Very nice pool and hot tub on the beach. Complimentary kayaks and morning yoga three times a week. Very courteous. Clean rooms. Huge rooms and great kitchen. Our only issues were inadequate number of life jackets as there were only 3 available AND they were for children size and some were very very old ( you should throw them away). Some of thr bikes need to be replaced as well as a lot of guests like to ride into Hopkins but some bikes are in terrible condition and seat height adjudtment wad impossible. Overall a great place to stay for a few days.

The staff are the best I've ever experienced, after two weeks there everybody called us by name. Few problems with the room with things not working but they did offer an upgrade. Loved it there, definitely for people in our age group(60's). Young people would be bored because Hopkins doesn't offer much but restaurants. We rented a car and drove to adventures.

Employees are friendly. Accommodations and grounds match the photos. Only issue we had was the sand fleas. They were pretty tough to deal with and got to us even inside the restaurant. Bring plenty of DEET. Not the resort's fault, but probably would have stayed elsewhere had we known this. This was our 2nd trip to Belize and found the sand fleas can be local to certain areas so it's a bit hit and miss.

I recently returned to Seiri Del Mar in March with my family, and once again, our stay was absolutely amazing. The rooms were spotless, the property was beautifully maintained, and the hospitality was truly top tier. I want to start by personally thanking Edane at the front desk. She is always warm, welcoming, and communicates so clearly. Every time I arrive, she makes me feel at home and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. That level of genuine care makes such a difference. A special thank you as well to Edisha and Juan at Embers Beachfront Restaurant. They were phenomenal — attentive, professional, and always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent every single time. Dining there is always a highlight of our stay. We also loved spending time by the pool thanks to Scott, the poolside bartender. He was awesome! He made sure we had our drinks, made sure the kids were happy, and even took the time to talk with us and get to know our family. That personal touch really stood out. We had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Benjamin, and it’s clear he runs a tight and well-managed operation. From the cleanliness of the property to the professionalism of the staff, everything reflects strong leadership. What impressed me most is that he truly listens to guests. When I visited in November, I suggested adding a traditional Belizean dish to the menu. Less than 90 days later, that dish was added — and it was delicious!
