"We stayed in heart of Alpena near where our son lives. The location was perfect, as we could get around quickly. The morning complementary breakfast was out of this world. Fresh fruit, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fresh pancakes too. Hot drinks like coffee, hot tea hot chocolate or just hot water was available 24/7. The staff was very accommodating. We were not ready to leave our room so the girl came back . An inconvenience to her but great for us. This was a great family experience."

"Very relaxing and quiet.Our stay was peaceful and wonderful.The cabin is well maintained and everything was on site to have a awesome stay.Feeding the fish was fun and watching all the wildlife was amazing.Will definitely stay here again."

"4 ladies spent a great week at cabin 2. This cabin is near the water, which was beautiful, crystal clear and clean. The bottom was sand and not mucky. They had a floating dock we were able to use which we did spending the whole day on it. The cabin was clean and comfortable. John the host was outstanding and helpful. I highly recommend this place."

"Given the time of year for our stay, it was good. The unit was pet friendly and it was a good location for our needs. The owners communicated with us and check-in and check-out was easy. I would suggest that additional fees for bedding be included in the property amenities. All in all we were pleased with the experience. "
