"Staff is very unhelpful, they are just there to make money not for customer service. Will never stay here again. We traveled with our young kids and they wanted to go swimming and we couldn’t as the pool was green and the management told us oh no it’s ok to use it. "

"It was a wonderful stay the host was super kind and easy to communicate with, I had to ask him how to get into the property because there wasn’t any instructions in the “here are your keys email” but he had no issues explaining when asked. While he owned the house in front he respected the privacy of those staying in the rental and only came when asked or needed. Would honestly recommend to anyone staying in Tuscon to stay here it’s simple and has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again"
