Holiday house on 3 elevations in front of the Gulf of Monte Cofano with sea view.
Located 700 meters from the sandy beach of Baia Santa Margherita, one of the most beautiful beaches in western Sicily. The beach can be reached on foot via a dirt path made by the forestry or by car (1 minute) with free parking in front of the beach with a free train service that will allow you to get around the coast and the various beaches.
Recently built, thanks to its verandas overlooking the sea and the walls with the soft colors of light blue framed by the white furnishings, they offer a relaxing atmosphere themed with the surrounding nature.
The large size (140 sq m) on 3 floors with 4 bedrooms (one of which is 35 sq m), 3 bathrooms and a large open-plan living room, kitchen with large veranda overlooking the sea, can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The division on 3 levels allows to guarantee maximum privacy in case of sharing by several people of the same family or groups of friends. (the house is rented exclusively)

Maison très agréable, propre, pratique.Tout est prévu pour le bien-être des hôtes.
Nous avons résidé à 9 dans une maison très agréable
De la place pour tous les occupants, une belle terrasse pour admirer le coucher de soleil, des parasols pour la plage, serviettes et draps, climatisation dans toutes les pièces, cuisine équipée, café et boissons fraîches à l'arrivée
Accueil très agréable et région magnifique, très propre et entretenue contrairement à d'autres villes....
Petit train gratuit qui dessert les plages de sable
Très beau jardin entretenu aux abords de la résidence, douche extérieure pour se rincer après la plage .....
Location vivement recommandée si vous séjournez dans la région

Perfekte Unterkunft nicht nur für Kletterer! Genialer Meerblick! Super schö. Strand, glasklares Was.
Ohne Übertreibung ist diese Unterkunft das Beste was uns bei unseren jährlichen Ausflügen bisher untergekommen ist. (Und wir haben schon einige Kletterausflüge im europäischen Ausland hinter uns) Angefangen von einem sehr netten Kontakt, schriftlich in englischer Sprache, über eine geniale Vorort Betreuung teilweise auf deutsch. (Wir sind erst spät nachts gelandet und haben für den nächsten Tag Frühstück bestellt, was sehr gut und üppig war) Die Schlüsselübergabe und Abnahme war absolut problemlos. Das Haus und die Möbel sind quasi neu und top gepflegt. Alles Sauber und in top Zustand! Schöne Balkone mit Meerblick! Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, Tisch zum draußen essen! Die Orte in nächster Nähe sind genial gelegen. In San Vito gibt es einen schönen Sandstrand der mit kristallklarem Wasser glänzt und selbst ein Vergleich mit karibischen Verhältnissen nicht zu scheuen braucht!
Sport: Klettern genial, super abgesichert (zum Sportklettern keine Keile oder Friends erforderlich), von leicht bis schwer alles in greifbarer Nähe, super schöne Routen, Anfahrt wenige Minuten, Zustiege 1min - 10min, alles mit Meerblick (ich schwärme schon wieder ;-) )
Radfahren, Laufen, Wandern, Schwimmen traumhaft!
Sollten wir im nächsten Jahr wieder nach Sizilien zum Klettern fliegen (was ich mir wünschen würde), werden wir definitiv versuchen diese Haus zu bekommen. Antonella, macht weiter so!

Non manca veramente niente!
Abbiamo passato un finesettimana stupendo nella casa di Antonella! La casa d nuovossima non manca veramente niente! La pulizia è al primo posto! Dal WiFi al ferro da stiro era tutto a nostra disposizione! Antonella e la sua famiglia sono molto gentili e sono sempre stati a nostra disposizione! Grazie Antonella + famiglia!! Alla prossima. 😌
Wir haben in Antonellas Haus ein super Wochende verbraucht! Das Haus ist nagelneu, super sauber und vollkommen ausgestattet! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Vom WLAN zum Bügeleisen war alles zu unsere freien Verfügung!! Antonella und ihre Familie sind super nett, zuvorkommend und immer zu unseren Verfügung gewesen! Danke Antonella + Familie! An absolute Paradise!
An absolute Paradise! The villa is very large, bright, tastefully furnished and is surrounded by greenery. We loved the magnificent sunset and the stunning seaview.
We had a perfect holiday and can’t wait to go back again.
