"We had a most memorable stay here! All of our rooms were oceanview with their own bathrooms which was great for our group of 10. It was extremely clean and stocked with a nice assortment of items so that we didn’t have to shop right away. And our hosts prepared a delicious traditional menu on our last night. We enjoyed it on the patio as the moon was setting. And we had leftovers for the next day. How wonderful is that? If in Pescara, this property is worth a stay!"

"This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside of San Vito proper, but there is a bar for coffee and cocktails (Bar Royal Apollonia) within walking distance, plus a top-notch restaurant a little farther (Osteria del Carcere). It's hard to believe that such a small village could have such a great restaurant. The property location is close to many surrounding towns, including Pescara."
