"We really enjoyed our stay in this super cute little inn. It was super cozy, smartly organized, and offered a lot in a small footprint! Our kids loved the loft, and there was even lighting and a fan provided up there to make it more useable. Our host was very quick to reply if we needed anything and checked to see if we needed anything at least once. I was surprised by a few things that, if different, would have made our stay even better:(1) there is no grass and the property is on a steep hill. The grass shown in the photos is turf and only located on the steps near the home as shown. I had expected my kids would be able to run around outside and play, but with only a gravel hill (quite steep in some places) and no grass, it wasn’t what I hoped.(2) the “ranch” described for this vrbo is actually just a large home maybe 200’ away from the little farmhouse. This may not bother most people, but it did feel a bit odd using the pool when it was like entering someone’s backyard. It’s not like a ranch where there are multiple cabins and a public pool and gym. So the vibe was just different.(3) a children’s play area is listed in the description but not currently present, so we were a little bummed about that. (4) there did seem to be an archery target but to access equipment or any other specialty items it seems we’d need to arrange w/the host, not something you could just go do on a whim. These are not super major things, but had I known these I may have chosen differently"

"What a clean home. We enjoyed our 3 night stay. House was impeccable and host communicated quickly with questions. Zero issues and we look forward to booking again when we visit our son. Convenient to shopping etc."

"I don’t think pictures do the space justice. This would be a great space for a large family vacation. So much stuff to do at the home, you’ll never be bored.Also, the best pillows I have ever used! I wish I could have brought them home with me."

" Our stay was marred by significant discrepancies between the listing and reality. The property was advertised as a 4-bedroom home sleeping 10; however, the "4th bedroom" was an office with glass doors and an uncomfortable futon. Our family had to purchase an air mattress just to accommodate everyone.Key Facilities & Amenities: Bathrooms: Though listed with 3 full baths, we arrived to a handwritten note stating the upstairs shower was broken. No prior warning was given. Privacy/Safety: King suite bath and guest bedrooms lacked blinds/window coverings. The laundry circuit breaker tripped repeatedly, and a fire alarm was left sitting on a counter rather than being installed on the ceiling. Essentials: Lacked basic linens for bedding, bath, and kitchen. The kitchen was sparsely equipped and lacked basic cookware/utensils. Sanitation: The property had an ant infestation, forcing us to toss food. Management provided Raid on day five, which was unsafe for the children and pets in our group. The master bedding smelled of dogs, no beds had top sheets, and spider webs were visible in several rooms. While the local contact was very helpful with small needs, she couldn't fix the fundamental misrepresentation of this home. We spent our first night making seven calls/texts just to secure basic towels and sheets. We did enjoy our stay once we got used to things and had supplies available, but the first few days were rough. It does have a beautiful view and is quiet. "

"This property is even better in person. The sports activities throughout the property are in perfect condition and all of the equipment is provided. The host was very friendly and always available and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!"
