"A very nice hotel with all the basics. Comfortable beds and the bathrooms are updated and modern.
Parking needs to be directlyin frontifthe hotel due to car thefts, but we did not feel unsafe even when returning from a wedding at 2am. Proximity to train station makes this hotel very convenient"
"The hotel was easy to find on a main highway. Inside it was dark with stairs to climb and long hallways. The room was very small but comfortable. The restaurant was could be fixed up to feel more appealing. Not a great selection for breakfast. Staff was friendly and anxious to help.
It was a good stop after traveling many hours. Parking was poor and limited. A good rest place in a rural environment and view. Why do I need to give such a long review. I have nothing more to tell you. Bless you,...
"If your looking for a place close to the train station this is great. A little bit of a trek up hill to get to the city center where everything is. No breakfast unless you think packaged biscuits and bread breakfast, not happy about that. "
"The check in was a breeze. The breakfast was the typical breakfast in Italy with Italian cakes, cut up fruits, sliced local Kraft type cheese, yogurt, Italian croissants (home made), toast bread, and Italian cookies.
The cons of the hotel:
The wifi internet never worked. Actually we could never get it took to work with our cell phones. We tried on 6 different iPhones including an iPad . When asked the hotel staff to fix the wifi internet the person who worked when we were checking out said...
"While the evening staff was very welcoming and the room large, everything else in this hotel was extremely disappointing. The shower was tiny and the water flow was hardly a drizzle. The room was basic and the furniture - old. Breakfast was basic compared to standard Italian hotels, and most tables in the restaurant were filthy with leftovers and crumbs from previous guests. I definitely do not recommend this place. "
"Fantastic place to stay, room was clean and beautiful to look at. Great bathroom. Lovely staff and the area is beautiful. Really nice views and history"
"upscale, top quality boutique hotel and a great base for exploring this part of Puglia. Easy 10-15 minute walk to town (lighted up at night so no worries even alone)."
"We were pleasantly surprised by lovely the hotel was. Our room quadruple room was excellent. Perfect for our family of 4. The pool was amazing with pool bar and breakfast was good. The surroundings were very nice "

"My adult daughter and I went to visit St. Padre Pio. This hotel was very close to his churches. Super close, which was great. It was challenging to go up & down the stairs to get to and from the hotel with our suitcases, but as we left I think I saw an outdoor elevator! There was a bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel which I didn’t know. I got off like a half hour walk away in San Giovanni Rotundo. Totally my fault, I never thought to look into which stop to get off.
The fellow at the desk was very friendly and helpful. He wrote out how to ask for a bus ticket in Italian from the bar across the street. He was great. They offer a boxed breakfast for us since we were leaving super early to take a bus to Foggia so we could then continue our trip by train. I must say I loved being in a hotel so I didn’t have to take my garbage out like at the air bnbs we stayed at. It’s not a huge deal, but when you are stressed about catching public transportation, it adds another thing to figure out. "

"The property is walking distance to ocean with great restaurants and bars nearby. Check in was quick though we were taken by surprise of added fees for linen per person. I did go back to read Expedia property details and this is stated as part of additional fees. I would not have reserved this room as it was already overpriced without added fees. After they showed us to our room we were told we would be given WIFI info. While a password was provided, it did not work. We asked 2 times and were given the same information each time and never gained access. The room itself was lacking in cleanliness and hygiene. We had to call for help and staff was very upset about this. We were in the dark because the lightbulb was not correctly installed. The shower handle had fallen off when it was turned on and scalded my hand when trying to shut it off ultimately flooding the bathroom. We asked to get this issue fixed too. The maintenance person yelled at us the entire time he was fixing stuff around the unit. We felt unsafe at this point but had no where else to go so we stayed the night. Upon checking out, we were verbally harassed and called imbecile because we left the key on the table in the room as they had instructed us to do. It has been the WORST hotel experience in all of my travel history. STAY AWAY from this place. I am concerned that EXPEDIA would allow this property be listed with as many safety hazards and nonexistent customer care. "
"Lovely hotel, central location, nice breakfast included with North American options. Parking available but offsite. No street parking. Front desk staff excellent!!"
