Le propriétaire semble négliger l'accueil et le se

A l'arrivée il y avait un anniversaire qui se préparait et donc les convives ont festoyé une bonne partie de la nuit ce qui nous a empêché de dormir. Par ailleurs, je réserve une chambre pour 3 personnes sachant que je voyage avec mes 2 enfants âgés de 17 & 19 ans et à grande surprise il y avait un lit double et une sorte de lit de camp militaire avec un matelas épais de 4 cm ce qui fait que ma fille n'a pu dormir confortablement malgré le prix.... L'hôtel est situé dans la partie agricole de San Severo qui est un village populaire de l'Italie du sud... La douche se bouchait et débordait alors que la cuvette des WC était fendue à deux endroits donc inutilisable ! Triste! Sinon mention spéciale pour les dames du petit déjeuner qui font ce qu'elles peuvent pour vous servir au mieux

Ottimo hotel, stanza confortevole ed insonorizzata, moderno. Super area esterna di cui non ho usufruito data la stagione. Il ristorante non all'altezza delle aspettative, date le restrizioni Covid mi sarei aspettato un servizio migliore.

Struttura molto bella e assai ben tenuta in posizione vicina all’uscita autostrada ed a pochi minuti dal centro di San Severo. Personale molto cortese ed efficiente. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ottimo hotel

Bella camera molto pulita, ampia e dotata di ogni comfort. Trovandosi in mezzo alla campagna non si sentono rumori provenire dall’esterno, si riposa bene. Cambierei solo il materasso, un po’ troppo duro. Molto comodo e buono il ristorante all’interno. Tutto il personale molto gentile. Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte per spezzare un viaggio e lo terremo in considerazione per il futuro.

Een mooie plek maar behalve een auto heb je ook een adres nodig dat je GPS herkent. Hotel.com geeft geen bruikbaar adres maar het internet, Waze etc doen dat wel.
