What a surprising nice hotel on the hillside. Buses no. 19 and 45 have a bus stop next to it. The bus rise is pleasant and you pay €1.85 to get on. On two days, we walked to the old town. The room has a nice tv (all Spanish channrels, except two or three. You can still broacast yours smartphone or iPad and watch Netflix. Loved the shower and the warm water in the bidet. The bath toiwels were fluffy and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. If you are i to cereals, you might be disaponited.

This hotel was so meticulously clean. Great location and easy to get around from, as there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel doors that take you to the bus station and to the center of the downtown/beach area.

Lovely helpful staff. Very clean and spacious rooms. Only 20 minutes walk to the beach and 30 Minutes to old town. Bus stop right out the door if you want to bus there. Nice outdoor and indoor bar and restaurant

Great option to visit San Sebastian.
Hotel is modern located in a quiet neighbourhood just outside San Sebastian old town. Very clean, well thought rooms and breakfast was really good. To end into town you can either walk for about 25 minutes or take the bus that is just outside the hotel (hotel sells bus tickets). Would definitely book again. Also fun that parking is free.

Very friendly hotel. Casual and laid back public areas. Bar and food service excellent although breakfast buffet was slightly disorganised. Would definitely stay here again. The location is a little far from the town centre/beach area but there is a very reasonably priced bus service from outside the hotel every 30 minutes

Clean modern hotel. Great facilities. Fabulous breakfast. Good restaurant and bar. Really convenient bus stop right outside with frequent buses into city centre - running until late at night.

Hotel with good facilities
Comfortable room and bed but my room.overlooked the carpark and a strong light stayed on all night. There needs to be a more solid blind not a see through one. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and the bar and lounge areas were convenient. The hotel is a long way out of the town but the 45 bus stop is right outside and will take you to the old town and the bus station.

Staff were really nice and friendly. Hotel is close to city and can be access by the 19 bus which stops literally at the front entrance to the hotel. The only minor fault is there was no fridge in the bedroom.

Out of town property with bus stop to city outside te front door. Locals use the bar restaurant area as their own watering hole which gives a community feel to the property. Staff spoke good English and were extremely helpful in assisting with difficult rail bookings and cancellations.

Modern, clean, nice hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood. Friendly staff. Large and convenient parking lot on premises. Frequent buses to central San Sebastian stop right in front of the hotel and it takes just 10-15 minutes to get there.

Online info on this hotel is plenty, but I wasn't familiar with it as a chain of affordably priced modern accommodation with nice renos but small but very nice rooms. The place is perfect for a solo or couple on toad trip. Room is spotlessly clean, amenities very nice, and parking is abundant and free. Almost all guests are local travelers and they hang out at bar downstairs. It is located on top of the mountain facing San Sebastien, where one can walk down to in 45 minutes, making it perfect for one who enjoys steps, stairs, the woods, and hiking.

The Hotel is located close to the city centre and there is a bus stop just outside the hotel which makes it very convenient. Note that the shower in the room has glass covering so it is not private if you are sharing the room. The front desk staff were very helpful with suggestions for what to do in San Sebastian including making restaurant reservations.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in during our 3 week road trip through France Spain and Portugal. Out of the city (great and v quiet), free parking, number 19 bus on the doorstep straight to the old town. Staff really helpful and kind, particularly the 2 lovely ladies working in the bar / restaurant. Food (inc breakfast) excellent, bed and shower amazing, everywhere spotlessly clean. Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll enjoy your stay.
