We would like to inform you that we offer a private shuttle service for our guests. For that service, we need to arrange it in advance and not at the same time that you are at the airport because the minimum waiting time is 30 minutes from San Sebastian Airport and 1 hour from Bilbao Airport. To clarify the situation, as you said and as you saw in your reservation, the hotel is for adults only. This detail appears in the Hotel conditions that you could see before booking. On the other hand, it was us who helped you to find an alternative place to stay and we helped you at all times so that you were not left without accommodation. And lastly, if you check the bank details, it was the Hotel and not AMEX who refunded the 2 nights. Before you can make a comment like that, even if the mistake was not the Hotel's and you want to prove it, we recommend that you check the details so that all users who read the reviews have the correct information and not the interested one.
