Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Very helpful and understanding. He came out for an issue and resolved it. He also has a grounds keeper that was an added bonus to our stay, he was very nice and helpful as well. Pool was always clean. The only thing that got me was the location, but that was not his fault.
