Just a 1-minute walk from the house, you’ll find El Cocalito Beach (next to Surf City), offering wonderful waves and a stunning view. Just a 10-minute drive away is Punta Roca Beach, famous for its incredible waves and seasonal surf tournaments.
The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a private kitchen, bathrooms, common areas, a terrace, Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning, private pool, and parking.
The property features four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, plus an additional guest bathroom and an outdoor shower for use after the pool. The kitchen is equipped with basic essentials and has a view of the pool. The dining area is outdoors — a lovely space, and everything is brand new.

This house was perfect for a quick family trip prior to my flying back to the states. The house just as advertised and stunning! The location is perfect, right in the middle of Surf City/El Tunco Beach nd Sunset Park. El Cocal Beach is just a 2 minute walk down the road - though just like many beaches in La Libertad, it's a rock beach but makes for great surfing and sunset viewing! The host was very communicative and quickly addressed any concerns we had. The pool was a great for relaxing during our stay! The kitchen was fully equipped as well. There is a shopping center and restaurants, gas station really close by. I 100% recommend this rental for any travel to La Libertad/El Tunco, and look forward to rebooking in the future!
