Ubicado en la Torre 91 en la Colonia Escalón de San Salvador, The Luxury Apartment hace gala de su nombre por los finos detalles con los que cuenta.

Con capacidad para hospedar hasta a seis personas, el apartamento cuenta baño, una amplia sala-comedor, un espacioso balcón y otra segunda sala de estar donde se podrá disfrutar o relajarse haciendo uso de TV y WIFI de 80 Megas de velocidad totalmente gratuito

Las amplias habitaciones se benefician de mucha luz natural desde el piso hasta el techo mientras ambos baños ofrecen limpias y acogedoras duchas para relajarse después de un largo día en la ciudad.
El apartamento cuenta también con un pequeño patio interno en el cual cuenta con una barbacoa privada, la cual se puede utilizar para hacer deliciosos asados.

La cocina está equipada con todos los servicios necesarios tales como refrigeradora, estufa, horno, microondas, cafetera así como también platos, vasos, copas, cacerolas y ollas.
El área de servicio cuenta con una lavadora, secadora y plancha, en caso de que necesite lavar su ropa.

Para finalizar la Torre 91 dispone de seguridad privada las 24 horas y recepcionista de Lunes a Sábado, así como también cuenta con áreas comunes las cuales incluyen una increíble terraza en el séptimo piso donde puedes aprovechar asombrosas vistas tanto del volcán de San Salvador como de la ciudad y para finalizar en el mismo piso se encuentra un exclusivo gimnasio para hacer uso en el momento que mejor le convenga.

En cumplimiento con la ley general del Ministerio de Turismo de la República de El Salvador (Capitulo V/ Articulo del 17 -19): Se solicitara copia del documento de identificación antes de realizar el ingreso a la propiedad.

It was a very nice apartment! We loved it and the apartment is was very clean and pleasant to stay at! The building everything was very clean . The man who open the garage door was very friendly and kind!

I really liked how central it was and how close it was to a grocery store and food options. The fact that it has a washer and a dryer really helped after a day visiting hot springs.

property was in a great location. we had an issue with the water going out in the complex and surrounding areas. roberto was very communicative with the outage and in getting us resources. the rooms were mostly in good condition, however one of the room doors does get stuck and is hard to open. the other living areas were fine. passing cars can be a bit loud and noisy in the middle of the night, as the room does have a balcony to the outside. noise was only apparent when in the living room late night. there is access to kitchen, fridge, dining area, couches in living room, 2 outdoor areas (1 balcony and 1 enclosed), and washer / dryer. if there any concerns, it was very easy to get in touch and get a helpful answer from the host. thank you for everything, roberto!
