One Wave Surf House is a brand new 5 bedroom & 6 Bathroom villa with an expansive yoga deck overlooking Playa Sunzal surf break.

There are two Master Bedrooms, a Dormitory and two casitas. Each bedroom has bathroom ensuite

You are a 1km walk form the tourist town El Tunco. Amenities include, gated community security, Full Kitchen, Yoga deck w/equipment, Sparkling pool, onsite parking, Washer/Dryer & lots of chill space!

Panoramic views from many places look at both the ocean horizon and the mountains of La Libertad area.

The perfect birthday week

My family of 9 stayed here for a week to celebrate our many May birthdays and were extremely happy with our time here. The house is beautiful and located in a very safe location that’s only a short walk to town. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back and visit El Tunco. The town is very fun and there are plenty of tiendas and restaurants only a 5-10 minute walk away. The house was very nice with working A/C and a great outdoor area. Just be sure to bring/buy your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. as there is none provided. Most importantly— we hired a chef through the host for a few meals and he was fantastic. Javier not only made some delicious meals, but he also has a great personality and was a lovely addition to our dinner experience (even surprising us a with a birthday cake). We could not recommend him more. Renting a car or hiring a driver for excursions is also an easy process that was super helpful throughout our time here. Eduardo drove us to and from the airport, as well as San Salvador and the Ruta de las Flores for a great price and even better company.

Beautiful Villa for a Group

We spent 5 days at OneWave and couldn't have been more impressed by every aspect of the house. The pictures were accurate, the common areas were spacious, and the pool was perfect. Tyler was an exceptional host, highly communicative and eager to use his expertise to give us the best experience possible. We arranged a private chef, airport transfers, rental car, surf lessons, yoga lessons, and massages through him and his various contacts. He was also happy to show us around El Tunco, both on and off the tourist track. Special shoutout to Javier as well, the private chef. We'd never splurged for one before and it was worth every penny and then some. The food was some of the best we've ever had and Javier was such a delight to meet and work with. Cece the housekeeper was great as well and kept everything immaculate around the house. Location was ideal, it was probably all walkable but we opted to use the rental car when possible. Highly recommend!

A Little Piece of Heaven

Tyler is definitely a super host, the booking and check in process was relatively quick. Tyler is super attentive and always a short text away for anything you may need. The property is located in a private gated community with a guard on duty 24/7. The pool is a bit small but great enough to cool off and hang out with friends and family. The home is super spacious and morning coffee on the open floor upstairs is the best. We’ll definitely be back 👍🏼

Beach Vaction with Friends and Family

We just spent the week up at One Wave Surf! We were two families with 4 adults and 5 kids. The week was perfect. The house was exceptional. Enough space to spread out, getaway from each other when needed, but also multiple spots for entertaining and relaxing. The pool was exactly what we wanted. The grounds were perfecty manicured and maintained while we were there. We hired Chef Gorge to cook 3 meals a day for us. Worth every penny to not worry about cooking and cleanning up. Tyler (the owner) was responsive when we needed him but maintained distance and privacy. Lots to do in this area of El Sal! This spot was perfect. This was the exact vaction to enjoy friends/family, get some sun, drink and eat. We'll be back!

Incredible view and very relaxing

The house is beautiful and well laid out. Great breezes in the hammock and the big table accommodated our large party. Wifi is excellent. Not able to walk to the beach as easily as we thought, but we rented a car and explored the country and had a safe, confortable house to come home to. Housekeeper, caretaker and manager were all fantastic and super helpful.

The house is beautiful. In a convenient location and it is equipped with everything you would need. Tyler is an amazing host. Very easy to communicate with and always available to help. We're already planning our next trip out there.
