Room was clean and private -- service was excellent Location -- right in the heart of Getsemani but hidden just a bit so you don't have to deal with the carziness of the lively street scene. "Stayed for 3 days with my family, we enjoyed the facility and the staff was friendly. The only thing is the pool on the main level closes at 6 or 7pm. The rooftop pool closes at 12am but it was not kid friendly in my opinion. More a younger adult only crowd and it’s a small space. Overall had a good experience and would recommend this hotel."

"This Hotel is very clean rooms and showers(cleaning girls Erika and Ludys) thank you. The room and shower very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff is very accomodating and friendly especially Fabian, Christian, Tania and Ericka. The checking and out was easy, the boys at the front desk very friendly especially Juan Vicente and Jhoel Wiches...The hotel is right in front of Castillo San Felipe which is a nice view, however y you want to be close to the city center, this place is far and have to get taxies all the time. So this was a down side...location..is not central to the city center. I liked side seeing the city which it has a lot of hystory and colonial style however if you like the beach this is not a place gor pretty beaches..since the Magadalena River mixes wirh the Sea Water and it is like muddy beach. It is a Happy and Pintorest City with a lot of food tasting and party at night."

"My stay at Mood Matuna was amazing and made my birthday trip feel perfect. Before I arrived, Maria, Daniel, and the rest of the staff communicated with me through WhatsApp and helped with transportation, decorations, breakfast, excursions, dinner reservations, water, ice, and the sunset cruise. They answered every question with patience and kindness and never made me feel like I was asking too much. The birthday decorations were beautiful and looked even better in person. The balloons, flowers, rose petals, candles, wine, and birthday numbers made the room feel so special and were perfect for pictures and videos. I appreciated how clearly they explained the decoration package, pricing, and what was included. They even worked with my arrival time so I could create content. The room was cleaned and reset perfectly every day, and the free breakfast was really good. The staff was helpful, from bringing breakfast to the room when we were rushing to an excursion to helping with towels, water, and ice. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, nightlife, shopping, excursions, and tourist spots. Everything felt easy to get to. My only negatives were no elevator to the suite, and the pool jets were broken until the last day. Even with that, I recommend this hotel and would book here again.
