"This resort is an older resort but the quality of care they give is unmatched . The friendly kind staff go beyond their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.The food was fresh well season and good . If you’re coming from America the flavor of the food will just explode in your mouth with flavor . Definitely would go back if a chance presented it self the sun rise and sun set is truly beautiful. It was a much needed trip . "

The rooms are also spacious, the bed is comfortable, and overall it works well for a business trip where you need a reliable place to sleep and work. What could improve are some of the common areas. The hallways could be a bit cleaner, and the lobby would benefit from stronger air conditioning since it tends to feel warm. Overall, it is a practical and well-located hotel for business travel in Escazú, with comfortable rooms and good value, though the common areas could use some improvement."
