The property is beautiful and safe. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, club floor and fitness centre. The room was perfectly cleaned every day and the staff immediately responsive to our requests. Highly recommend!

Perfectly located just a 100 m from a pedestrian bridge leading to Multiplaza, EscazĂș mall. Rooms were ample, not luxurious, but well suited for a short stay. If planning a longer stay, do bring your own clothes hangers as the closet did not have many. The breakfast offered plenty of different dishes.

This hotel really needs renovation and better cleanliness for the price they charge. It’s hard to believe this is an InterContinental. The lobby furniture looks old, and if you look at the bar lamps, several light bulbs are burned out. I was also charged $32 for three bottles of water from the minibar. The location is good and the food is good as well, but overall the hotel is overpriced.

Our room was not ready at check in and it was not quickly ready either. Also, we stayed at the clan tower and it needs serious help. It’s dated with mildewed walls and bathrooms and decor that feels like it’s half trashed. Decorative lights in our room were broken and it just felt like it needs some help. The staff are lovely! The club food was ok. Nothing great though. The hot tub was also broken and the tiles are half missing. Basically this hotel wants to be luxury - but it’s not!!! It’s still a nice hotel though.
