We had our two daughters with us (19 and 25), the bedrooms were a little tight, but we understood that would be the case when we booked. The check-in process was a bit tedious (first time I've had to send pictures of the water and electric meter before and after a stay). "The apartment is just as described and pictured. The views of the lake are beautiful, especially at sunset. The unit was clean and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable. We had 4 adults and one 8 yr old. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Marco was a great host and offered recommendations for eating and sightseeing. We could not have been more satisfied with the unit. We would recommend without hesitation."

"We had a great family gathering in this newly renovated house. It is spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the interior is tasteful. Nothing was missing and we also enjoyed that there was a delicious restaurant Baia in walking distance and a great bar with nice drinks directly by the lake in Cremia offered great aperitivo."

"We had 10-day lovely days in this apartment, that was very clean and welcoming. Guisi is a friendly host and was there do show us everything at arrival. The area is quiet and the view from the terraces was indeed beautiful. From the bed upstairs you can fall asleep looking over the lake. The add doesn’t state, that there is a room with a bunkbed as well. The bath is adequate and clean. Only small negatives is a bit boring pool area (but nice pool) and there is quite a steep walk in to town....

"The photos are accurate - this place is very comfortable with all amenities you would need and very clean, PLUS a fantastic view. The garden is beautiful and a perfect spot to relax with a wonderful view over the mountains and the lake. Lauro and Manuela were always available and ready to help. But they also respect if you want to enjoy your quiet and relaxation. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Lauro and Manuela for such a pleasant stay!"

"I was pretty worried about staying here after reading reviews on here and elsewhere. If you want a villa with a lovely pool and an amazing view, then you’ve got one. There is quite a bit wrong with it though: wifi was dodgy, aircon didn’t work in several rooms, doors are hard to open and glass door was smashed, pool lights didn’t work, one shower drain was blocked, another shower didn’t work properly. We had a post cut but the company that owns it were really helpful. It’s far from perfect but...

"The location of the holiday home a few kilometres north of Menaggio is ideal as a base and also offers a dreamlike view over Lake Como to the south. The evening atmosphere with a glass of wine on the flat's loggia is one of the unforgettable experiences after an exhausting day of excursions. The flat is very beautiful and excellently equipped. The hostess is extremely nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and will definitely come back."
