House 'Casa Jenny - vista lago a Novate Mezzola'

Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake, afternoon rides on the two house bikes, and a ping pong match in the garage after dinner. Casa Jenny is in Novate Mezzola, on Lake Mezzola, where Lake Como gives way to Valchiavenna. The house accommodates four guests over two levels, with a terrace on each floor and a private garage. Jenny is the name the owner’s family gave this home.



On the entrance floor, the kitchen and living room form one open space: gas stove, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a table for four, and a sofa that converts to a single bed. This room opens onto the terrace with a small table and two chairs. An internal staircase leads upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed under wooden beams, a bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine, and a second covered terrace. The total living area is 39.6 m².



You’ll have the entire house, both terraces, and the garage to yourselves. Enjoy the ping pong table, two mountain bikes with helmets and lights, a fishing rod, and a beach volleyball. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as a hairdryer in the bathroom.



Between Lake Como and Valchiavenna lie Lake Mezzola and the Pian di Spagna nature reserve, a WWF oasis: perfect for birdwatching, fishing, and a slower pace—not for the crowds of Bellagio.



Self check-in via a coded lockbox by the door. Access is via an external staircase; inside, the two floors are connected by an internal staircase, no elevator. The upstairs ceiling is sloped. No air conditioning. One bathroom for four guests. Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. No smoking, no parties, quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
