Casa Jenny - Lake View in Novate Mezzola

Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake, an afternoon on the two house bikes, then table tennis in the garage after dinner. Casa Jenny is in Novate Mezzola, on Lake Mezzola, between Lake Como and Valchiavenna. It sleeps four on two floors, each with a terrace, and has a private garage. Jenny is what the owner's family called this house.



On the entrance floor, the open-plan kitchen and living area has a gas hob, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dining table for four and sofa opening into a single bed. It leads onto a terrace with a small table and two chairs. Internal stairs lead upstairs to a bedroom with a double and a single bed beneath wooden beams, a bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine, and a second, covered terrace. Total usable floor area: 39.6 m².



The whole house is yours. You can use the table tennis table, two mountain bikes with helmets and lights, a fishing rod and a beach volleyball. Bed linen and towels are included; a hairdryer is in the bathroom.



Lake Mezzola and Pian di Spagna, a nature reserve and WWF sanctuary, invite you to enjoy birdwatching, fishing and a slower pace, rather than Bellagio's queues.



Self check-in via a coded key box beside the door, reached by outdoor stairs. Internal stairs connect the two floors; there is no lift. Upstairs ceilings slope. No air conditioning. One bathroom for four guests. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. No smoking or parties; quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. Madesimo's ski slopes are a 30-minute drive away.
