Beautiful Hotel - with a Few Glitches
This was our 2nd stay at a QC Terme hotel, and we were happy to see the quality maintains throughout the chain. The room was spacious, mini bar for free to use with different San Pellegrino drinks and the hotel is beautiful. What wasn't so great was the fact we had to pay for parking, breakfast isn't served at the hotel, and there's a 10-minute walk from the spa to the hotel, which means you have to shower and get ready at the spa - not walk to your room in a robe, like in QC Bagni Nuovi. What bothered us the most was the fact we weren't told that the access to the spa, purchased with booking the hotel, meant access for the check out day - not the check in. If we would've known, we would've changed our schedule to make the most of our spa day.

The check in is quick and easy. The room we got was very clean and equipped with all the things you might need: collection of soaps, dryer, food, drinks, speaker, tablet, TV etc As it is very close to QC Terme it was very convenient as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent, modern stay in great location
A very cool modern and super clean hotel to stay in with a lot of added extras that we weren't expecting. The sets of toiletries and free soft drinks were amazing and made it special. Perfect location for exploring the area, spa as well as local hikes. The snacks in the lobby more than enough for breakfast. Would stay again and recommend.

Pure Luxury...
One of the most Luxurious rooms I have been to. Clean, comfortable and with great attention to detail. Complimentary Nespresso, cookies and fresh bioche in the morning were highly appreciated. Complimentary minibar with San Pellegrino products was also a pleasant surprise

Very clean, super friendly staff, funky hotel. One item thqt is negative was that i didn't receive a confirmation email with the entrance code, so was stuck outside. Luckily a staff as on duty, otherwise i wouldn't not jave been able to enter, check in. What if this happens during the night? So the email confirmation didn't work, alternative back up plan B is required. Thanks

Hotel moderno e smart nei pressi delle qc terme di San Pellegrino. Camera molto bella e bagno di grande dimensione. Non c'è completa insonorizzazione della camera e la pulizia può essere leggermente migliorata. Complessivamente ottima esperienza. In futuro proverei qc room in altre località.

Passage tout à fait par hasard à San Pellegrino, réservation en dernière au QC rooms + QC termes. Séjour très agréable, parking abordable 8€ par 24h. Accès au spa en quelques minutes. Service d'accueil au top, nous avons eu une panne de voiture et Andrea s'est occupé de nous trouver un garagiste pour nous dépanner de bout en bout. Chambre sobre mais classe, beaucoup de produits à disposition, cosmétiques + San Péllegrino et cafés thés tisanes...

Non e’possibile arrivare in un hotel senza qualcuno che ti accolga. 30 minuti per fare un check in…idem altre 3 coppie con noi molto arrabbiate . La sera era presente una persona in una stanzìni con cuffie che nonostante fosse dell staff era totalmente indisponente. Non ci ha salutato ed era molto infastidito dalle nostre domande che facevamo per avere un aiuto… Ma più ne noi,ne sicuramente le altre 2 Coppie con noi. Addio
