"The place was ok. Clean, older, and Ok. The bathrooms had liquid soap and shampoo in a packet and we only received one of them for 2 people. No face clothes, but that is typical for Europe. The beds were low as there is no box spring. No top sheet, just a duvet cover which stinks, but typical now a days. No elevator. The breakfast was also just ok, maybe a 7 on a 1 to 10 scale. Thet offered minimal fresh fruit, a couple cheeses and runny eggs. There were a few donuts, bread and croissants....

"This is an outstanding family run resort that has been in the family for over fifty years. The spa is exquisite and affordable. The breakfast buffet hosted by the owner is excellent. This is centrally located near Santa Cristina with a breathtaking view of Cristallo from the hotel (I recommend a mountain view room -- which happily is also affordable). This was my third time to St Ulrich/Santa Cristina and I will definitely stay here again. "
