This was one of the best places we stayed at. The owner of the property was very helpful, he went out of the way to get things organised for us. This place is highly recommended if you're staying in the area.

Abbiamo prenotato la nostra Camera la mattina per la sera, era il giorno 27 di dicembre, ci hanno subito contattato per telefono chiedendoci cortesemente se preferivamo un letto da bambini oppure un letto tradizionale da una piazza per la figlia di 2 anni… la cosa non era scontata e già da questo si capiscono molte cose. Arrivati dopo 5 ore di viaggio in questa bellissima struttura ci siamo subito resi conto di aver fatto la scelta giusta, situata vicino alle piste da sci, lontana dalla confusione, curato nei minimi dettagli, bellissima camera con ampi spazi e terrazzo su vista Passo San Pellegrino. Provare per credere, si mangia benissimo. Io e mia moglie volevamo tornare a sciare dopo un lungo periodo di fermo , nessun problema, senza nemmeno uscire dalla struttura abbiamo noleggiato attrezzatura da sci, acquistato abbigliamento tecnico, infilato gli sci e raggiunto gli impianti di risalita senza aver dovuto fare un passo a piedi. Veramente Top!! Complimenti a tutto lo staff dell’hotel Cristallo Saluti Gorini & Nardi

We had a great stay at Cristallo in Passo San Pellegrino. We arrived in the middle of a thunderstorm and were extremely well treated by all in the staff for the next few days. Highly recommeded!

Très bon hôtel à 2000m. Accueil très agréable et sympathique. Nous avons diner sur place très bien. Petit déjeuner bien. Espace détente jacuzzi, hammam, sauna très appréciable.
