      This house is located in a unique area. Is perfect for tourist and businesses visitors. Is about 40 min driving to the beach. There are several shopping center near by including Walmart. The property has private Security systems and Security guards. The whole house is included in the price, the property is two levels. The first level included living room, kitchen, dining room and a half bathroom. Laundry area in the back yard. The second level has two full bathroom and 4 room. (For the moment two of those room aren't available yet.)

      House was great - very spacious and clean. Great location. No hot water but in the Honduras climate that is rarely needed. Very secure and quiet.

      Bien bonito & seguridad todo limpio solo tienen que cumunicarse mejor con Los guardias de seguridad si el buelo de avion llega por la noche. Porque me paso a mi el guardia no sabia que yo llegaba esa noche . I no me dejo entrar a la resincia & tube que buscar un hotel a la madrugada. Pero el dueño me reconpenso mi $$.
