Great that you can combine a stay at the hotel with free spa access. Despite seeing reviews which say that the staff are unhelpful and offhand we found that the reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area . The breakfast was varied and of a decent quantity and the Spa is an experience worth having !

Had a lovely stay in the hotel. The only complaint we had was the food in the restaurant was cold. Dinner started at 8pm and we sat down at 8.15 and all the hot food on display was stone cold and it was the same at breakfast the next morning.

Day 1 A door in main corridor was opens by the wind and smacked closed through the hole night. Terrible sleep. Day 2 new room Defect lock balcony door and poor cleaning. It’s in the middle of nowhere. I guess it was modern some time ago but not now, need a make over.

Hotel does look worn and could do with a revamp. However very clean , comfy beds and fresh towels everyday. Room standard overall was good. Really powerful showers and nice bathrooms. Staff serving at the pool bar were great. However the staff at the reception were quite rude at times and not very accommodating. There are minimal sunbeds for the size of the hotel but also the quality of the sun beds aren’t great. Good for a short break- don’t think you could stay a week!

There was odd smell in the room coming from the toilet. Without the smell it would have been ok. The spa was a bit disappointing and worn out, no sauna or hamam.

The airco did not work; when we asked the front desk they simply told us that all airco's were switched off because they felt it was not necessary. The room temperature was 27 degrees celcius !
