"It was very nice but we ended up leaving our dogs in our van b cause all the hotels are wanting pet fees now. Also the bed could have been bigger as we are two very tall people. "It’s an older hotel but the room was very clean and well equipped in kitchen. Pool was too hot for swimming but the beach is right behind. Staff were excellent and accommodating. There is a restaurant right behind the building on the ocean, good food and you get a discount as a guest. Lots of restaurants, shops and bus within walking distance. We would stay again. "

"We loved our time at Angel’s Haven. The house is beautiful and architecturally unique. Nice outdoor patio area beside a small, but very appreciated, pool: nicely laid out and functional kitchen/dining/living on the main floor, and nice bedrooms on the upper floors. The views are great, but it comes with the price of being near the top of a steep road that’s a good 15 minute walk to the beach. "This feedback is about you VRBO and not the rental. We were shocked and dismayed at what you VRBO charge us the client. That tourism tax was particularly irritating. Other than advertising, managing the money and oversight the bulk of the work comes back to the owner. In this case you, VRBO, who even charge for a phone call if calling from Canada, are overcharging. Holding the entire amount is too much. When I booked through you I did it for two main reasons. One was paying in Canadian dollars....

"We are four retired women and quite enjoyed our stay. On the plus side - property is very large and very private. Wifi and air conditioning work well and showers were hot in two bathrooms but not .The pool was clean and well maintained. While we have no major complaints about the beds - the bed linens and pillows were in very rough shape. Bathrooms were extremely tiny and there was only one working kitchen. Overall the property has good potential but needs some work. Would stay there again."
