Olivier,Thank you for your review and attention to details.We are sorry to read that you found the area around the hotel “poor”, since we are sure that before finalizing your booking you have obviously observed carefully the landscapes and the hotel's whereabouts.The area around the hotel is famous for companies and industries, but also for crops and farms; unfortunately, it is not a tourist area, but we can't get everything out of life.We are really sorry if you suffered cold; anyway the room’s temperature is independently adjustable, and in the bathroom there is a heated towel rail which temperature is also independently adjustable.When customers face this kind of problems they normally get in contact with the reception. We would have been happy to help you as well.By the way, in early March the temperature in the plains very rarely goes below zero; besides, this surely does not happen nowadays, with this rampant global warming.We understand that, during your stay, the temperature was well above zero in San Paolo.Best regards
