Basic room , used for short time stays. Not suitable as couples holiday room.. Don't make same mistake thinking the tourist inn is same as the hotel side. Not that I checked out that to compare.

For the price, the service and facility is not matched with what you can get in the bigger cities. But given the limited options in the area, I would say its ok-ish. Cleanliness can maybe improved. Accessibility to fast food and convinience store is about 600m walk or you can catch a Trike for 13pesos. What stand out to me despite of the "meh", The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The room was dusty and the Air Con filter was dirty. I cleaned the Air Con filter myself in order to get the A/C blowing cool. When I came back at 10:30 PM in the evening the front gate of the hotel was locked. I had to pound n the gate to get the night watchman to open the gate. The first room that I was assigned did not have wifi. Even for the price it was a bad value, avoid if possible.

I used to tell the world that CS in the PI awesome

The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. I asked if I could change the tv, the lady with long hair said, they have no mechanic or electrician, I mean How hard to unplug and plug tv's? not rocket science, I even offered if I can do it myself, I mean I can put together computers and change car alternator, anyhow, the long haired receptionist replied was, "my boss will see us on camera" I just didn't say anything back, I have to bite my tongue, and just stayed there unsatisfied with everything...
