"What a great place to stay! Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was quiet, so this helped with being able to relax! Breakfast each morning was a great way to start our days of exploring the Keys! Hotel location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The pool was enjoyable as well! We didn't go to the tiki bar or partake in food offerings there. One thing we really enjoyed was being able to walk across the street to catch the sunsets each night...amazing!"

"We had a great experience staying. From the receptionist at the check in. She checked us in early and upgraded us too. The facility was very clean and the breakfast was on point. The restaurant next door was also a 10 out of 10 because the food was good as well as the service. Over all experience was great. "

"The cabin was unique and perfect for someone who isn't planning to spend a long time inside on a vacation to the Keys. We traveled with a 5 year old and a 2 year old and they were able to sleep comfortably in the bunk beds. They LOVED seeing Blaze the local dog every day. They couldn't wait to see him and pet him when they woke up each day. We were able to use the kayaks to explore the bay and even saw two eagle rays feeding in the currrent. WARNING: if you are planning to kayak, be careful going under the Sadowski Causeway. The current was VERY strong and it was very difficult to steer and propel the larger two person kayaks back against that current. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and planned to play some pickle ball but we ran short on days/time. The staff was very friendly and the door to the office was always open if we had questions. We did laundry there and they were able to exchange for coins which was very helpful. The only minor issues we had were related to the bunk bed room and the temperature it reached overnight. We left the fan running but there is no A/C blowing in that room, so if you closed the door, the kids would get very hot overnight and wake up sweating. We solved this problem by leaving the living room A/C running and opening their door while closing the door to the separate bedroom that the adults stayed in. The bicycles on site were not in the best shape and the helmets were also pretty worn. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"Location was within 3 mins of our charter boat and close to restaurants to cook our catch. Big kitchen was great as we had to package/vacuum the filets for return home. "

The villas are conveniently located within view of our boat, making it easy to transport supplies back and forth. The area offers a true Caribbean island atmosphere—all without leaving the United States. Communication with the owner has always been excellent, with prompt and courteous responses. My family and I have stayed at this villa three times over the past four years, and each visit has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience."

"Checking in was easy. Read ahead about how to use the front door lock. Place was exactly like pictured. Location was a little tricky to find since our gps was sending us to the other side of the canal. The unit it’s on the canal corner so it was very peaceful. Would def recommend. Rental company had great communication with us "
