"It was a nice hidden affordable gem just steps from the beach! the property was well maintained and the best part was it was close to a local bar (recommend getting the small chicharrones) a breakfast place right behind and a market 2 minutes away walking, Eagle beach is only 15 mins away by car.11/10 would stay here again. Highly recommend if you are looking for basic amenities and want to get away from the touristy area. Local are very nice."

"This place was a home away from home. Simple and quaint!! Marie and John were wonderful host. They shared local favorites for restaurants and beaches. Told us where to snorkel with turtles and what were things we had to do while there. We suggest you rent a car as you are away from the tourist area but that is exactly what we wanted. The beach out front did not disappoint. You can still drive a short distance to get to all the hustle and bustle and the tourist attractions and then return back...

"I had a wonderful stay at Divi Aruba. The resort is beautiful, and the staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, and many even remembered my name, which made me feel valued throughout my stay. The restaurants were excellent, especially Mulligan’s, which became my favorite. I also met an amazing bartender at Tapas Bar who, I believe, won a Best Bartender competition in Aruba. He made some of the best cocktails I have ever had and was a highlight of my trip. There were a couple of areas that could be improved. My room had a noticeable musty odor upon arrival, but the staff responded quickly by providing a dehumidifier. I also had a stale croissant from the coffee shop, which was disappointing. Despite these minor issues, the outstanding service, beautiful property, and overall experience made for a memorable vacation, and I would happily recommend Divi Aruba to others."

"I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this resort was disappointing due to the consistently poor customer service. The biggest issue was the attitude and lack of helpfulness from several staff members throughout our stay. During multiple interactions, employees came across as rude, dismissive, and condescending rather than welcoming and solution-oriented. One example occurred at approximately 8:00 AM when I approached the concierge desk for assistance. Instead of helping, I was told to come back later because their computers were not fully started up yet. The staff member explained that management allows a 10-minute grace period because employees arrive shortly before opening. Regardless of internal policies, guests should not be turned away in this manner. For a resort of this size, especially one connected to three large resort properties, I was surprised to learn there is no 24-hour maintenance support available. We also experienced ongoing difficulty obtaining clean towels, both for the beach and for our room. Another frustration was the restaurant reservation system. As an all-inclusive resort, I expected dining to be more accessible. However, it was extremely difficult to secure reservations at the specialty restaurants. What made this even more frustrating was that when we walked by several of the restaurants, they were clearly not at capacity and had many empty tables available. Despite this, walk-ins were not accepted under any c"

"I've stayed at other Riu properties. This property was disappointing. I'll have to stay elsewhere when I return to Aruba. Pros: The staff was helpful when checking in. They were very responsive to requests during my stay. Cons: -I had to beg for clean towels everyday. -The food at the buffet was good for breakfast & lunch; dinner was horrible, even at the restaurants. -There weren't any real activities on on property (parties, games, etc.). -On many occasions the staff wasn't friendly, borderline rude. -The decor was old & the carpet on the hallway floors was dirty."
