ZERO HOT WATER SHOWER ZERO HOT WATER ZERO HOT WATER HOT TUB POOLNOT CLEAN SMART T V NO CONNECT TO INTERNET, ZERO ENTERTAINMENT MUSIC BEDROOM WINDOWS FOR THE ROOM THAT WOULD NOT CLOSE SOUNDS OF HIGHWAY IN ROOM, THE ROOM NOT SOUNDPROOF ROOM NOT CLEAN GO TO MAPS FIND MY FULL REVIEW OF PROPERTY WITH PICTURES. AND VIDEOS MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND IS THAT THE STAFF DID NOTHING TO ACCOMMODATE. THEY MADE NO AMENDS OR HAD NO CONCERNS OF THESE ISSUES IN ANY REGARD. THIS PROPERTY. IS IT AN AREA AMONGST TRUCKING COMPANIES ON THE SIDE OF A DIRT ROAD?THERE IS NO VIEW OF ANYTHING.THERE ARE NO ACTIVITIES NEAR BY IF YOU ASK FOR ICE, YOU WILL BE TOLD THEY COULD BRING YOU ICE. BUT IT'S NOT ENOUGH. SO YOU SHOULD PROBABLY GO TO THE STORE AND BUY SOME. WHEN YOU CHECK-IN THE STAFF WILL BE BEHIND A ONE WAY MIRROR YOU DON'T EVEN GET TO SEE A STAFF MEMBER. YOU HAVE NO INTERACTION WITH ANYBODY. THIS PLACE DOES NOT PROVIDE AN EXPERIENCE WORTHY OF THE MONEY THAT THEY CHARGE. I RENTED THE MOST EXPENSIVE ROOM.THE PRIVATE EXCLUSIVE SUITE $400 PER NIGHT DO NOT LET THE PHOTOGRAPHS FOOL YOU THE ROOM IS IN DISREPAIR, IT NEEDS PAINT. IT NEEDS FIXING EXPERIENCE THAT YOU HAVE WILL EXPERIENCED TRAVELER ADVICE DO NOT TAKE THE RISK OF STAYING. AT PROPERTY UNLESS YOU WANT DIRTY BATHROBES."

"Rooms not that great"

"Hotel and room were beautiful. Pool area is very nice. Weekend buffet was a little overpriced but had fresh fruit and made to order omelets. Had a nice massage in a small area off the gym. Staff was very accommodating. When we had little hot water to our room they immediately offered a new room. The pianist downstairs was stunning and some guests who were opera singers joined in for a spectacular impromptu performance. A great time all around. Try the steakhouse next door. You won’t be disappointed."

"We had a very disappointing experience at this property. The casita had no air conditioning and no washer/dryer, despite being listed as having these amenities. When I reached out to the host about the issues (including my intent to check out early), my first several messages went unanswered.The host also held a loud karaoke party until 10 PM — even though the listing says “no parties.” He told me he could host one if he wanted. The next day, he hired workers to sand and paint the casita exterior for the entire day, which created nonstop noise and dust while we were supposed to be relaxing. With no AC, closing the windows to reduce the noise wasn’t an option.Ultimately, we had to leave early and book another hotel because the property was unlivable. When I asked about a refund for the unused night, the host argued with me instead of taking accountability.I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet or comfortable stay."
