"I booked the family room at around 5pm. Arrived around 9:30pm only to be told that the room was not ready. After a long travel day (and with a tired little kid in tow), it wasn’t ideal to wait 20 additional minutes for the room to be prepared. Additionally, there were no towels in the room. "We loved our stay at Atix! The staff was so helpful and nice, our room was comfortable and quiet. All the art in the building is so unique and it gave the hotel a great personality. We also absolutely loved the indoor pool and sauna. We watched the most beautiful sunset overlooking the city and Mountain View from the pool while eating empanadas from the pool area. Incredible stay. Definitely recommend!!"
