Pésimo servicio… no es el lugar que ofrecen cuando realizas la reservación, NOS ESTAFARON ya que te mandan a otra dirección y de pésimas condiciones, este supuesto hotel urbano no deberían de permitirle que siga haciendo reservaciones ya que se dedican a estafar…

Mucho que desear

El anuncio decía que contaba con estacionamiento pero al llegar el lugar nos cobraron 200 adicionales para estacionarnos a 3 cuadras, el servicio de té y café compartido estaba sucio y no había un fregador y refrigerador funcionando para utilizar adecuadamente este "servicio", el baño tenía un olor a humedad nada agradable así como el internet y su extensión para el segundo piso llegaba solamente en ratos, estando en SMA descubrimos mejores lugares y por el mismo precio

Muy básico e incomodo

Bastante incomodo desde antes de la llegada, me contactaron sin dar bien la información, la habitación incomoda porque nos dividieron el cuarto, cama rechinante, insectos, baño sin secadora ni enchufes, otro cuarto sin enchufes, ventilador ruidoso y ademas sin flexibilidad u opciones para late check out.

Pésimo servicuo

Fuimos a san miguel mi mamá y yo el fin del 14 de febrero y cuando ibamos a hacer check in resulta que no tenian espacio y no pudimos hospedarnos, por las fechas tan complicadas no encobtramos mas hospedaje y tuvi.os que regresarnos por carretera en la noche

This isn’t a hotel is an Airbnb. When I contacted the property owner to get the keys and to check in, they never answer the phone. I had to get another hotel for the night.
